Let’s talk about scaling.

• If your business is beyond six figures—maybe at $200k, $250k, or aiming for a million—you’re hitting that point where you know you need to scale. It’s in your being, in your heart.

• You want to impact people, change the world, and spread your expertise.

 This is often when women business owners start overanalyzing. There’s always that proven strategy: “This is how you scale; this is how everybody scales.”

So, how does everybody scale?

• Typically, it means creating a lower-value, lower-price program that more people can join.

• It involves complex automations, 20-step funnels, and spending heavily on ads to generate client inflow.

All of this sounds great, but what if it doesn’t fit you?

Maybe you’ve tried ads before and ended up wasting money because:

• Your message wasn’t clear,

• Your market positioning was off,

• You didn’t have enough funds for continuous market testing,

• Social media algorithms kept changing,

• Or whatever worked before doesn’t work now.

 .

Perhaps you’ve tried countless strategies—both organic and paid—and they all felt off. You might be thinking, “No matter what I try, I still feel like I’m in the same place.”

The reason for that is because whatever you’re doing is not aligned with your Soul Design.

I’ve coined this term, Soul Design©, to describe a natural way of doing things, pre-programmed in you by the universe, by God. When you’re born, you bring a specific pattern, specific energetic dynamics for how you’re meant to do things. That doesn’t mean you have to follow this.

We all have free will and can do anything we want. But some things are much harder if they’re not aligned with what we’re meant to do. In other words, if you’re aligned with your natural design, you’ll feel the flow, everything will feel easier, and you won’t have to figure things out as much. It just clicks and feels right.

Up to six figures, there’s a lot of pushing, pressing, and forcing things to work. But once you’re at multiple six figures or close, and you want to go further, you have to ask yourself, why start this next thing? You’ve risked a lot to get here, so why go further?

Often, we’re driven by a need to prove something:

• “I have to because then I’ll finally be realized.”

• “Then I’ll finally show that I can.”

• “This is what a successful business is supposed to look like.”

But you need to always ask, “Is this aligned with me?” This isn’t about money. You can always progress and generate more income, but HOW you do it makes a big difference.

When you operate from a place of proving, analyzing, strategizing, and thinking in purely mental terms, you often run on programming that isn’t yours. It’s based on what you’ve inherited from family, your environment, your karma, or your community—rigid patterns that worked for other people.

People often say, “Just do what others did and it will work for you.” This can be useful when you’re under six figures and still learning. At that stage, it’s about figuring things out by trying what others did.

But when you’re already established, you know how to attract leads, convert them into clients, manage your programs, and do sales effectively. All of that is taken care of.

At this point, it’s not about picking an existing strategy and forcing it into your business because it worked for others. It’s about finding YOUR strategy.

You don’t have to invent it from scratch. You can still use others’ strategies, but they need to be customized and modified to match your energetics.

I have worked with many successful women who have coaching businesses at $200k, $300k, even $500k a year. They feel like they’re hitting a plateau, unsure how to scale, even though they know all the business strategies!

They’ve already done “all the things.” They understand how strategies work, can easily create programs, outsource, hire, and charge higher prices for customized one-on-one offerings.

But…

What to do next feels unclear because you’re used to not risking.

You’ve gotten comfy.

You’re not struggling like at the beginning.

Everything is kind of working. People are coming.

But how do you go further?

There’s always pressure to use the “proven strategies” others are using.

Let’s say you apply a strategy you think you should use, but it’s not creating the desired results.

• You’ve got more team members,

• hired support coaches,

• paid to outsource funnels, sales, copywriting…

• You’ve created a massive program worth the higher price tag, but it’s not selling well, or very few people are coming in.

• You get a ton of objections on sales calls and think of hiring a sales rep—more expenses!

Usually, one of two things happens.

Either you frantically try another strategy—something new, trendy, or another ‘proven to work’ thing—that also doesn’t work. You keep hopping from strategy to strategy, looking for the magic one to fix your scaling issues. You end up feeling bad about yourself, thinking, “There must be something wrong with me because I’m doing all the things everyone else is doing, and it’s working for them. Why isn’t it working for me?”

Or you go back to the way you were when the business was smaller. You think, “Well, all these other things didn’t work out, so I’ll just go back to what I know works and keep my business there.” But you still feel bad because you wished to create a bigger influence, to make your business something more in the world than it is now.

Back to the reason and what I do.

I help my clients—spiritual coaches, healers, mentors—align their business to their unique Soul Design. If you’re wondering why you should listen to me, I’m a coach who’s been in business for over 20 years. I’m a Transcension mentor, a business strategist, and a marketing energetics coach. I work based on one’s unique pattern of energetics. I’ve been clairvoyant since birth, which means I see patterns, possibilities, timelines, and more.

I also have a very practical, grounded understanding of business strategy. I combine these practical and multidimensional components to help you activate your Soul Design Profit Potential.

Every person has a potential for profit pre-installed in their design. Most of us don’t fully use it because we either think it’s too simple or it won’t pay well. Often, this specific profit potential is what frees you to be more YOU.

Summarizing what I’ve said:

• If you’re generating income, stable, and thinking of going further but keep hitting a plateau,

• or if traditional marketing didn’t work for you,

• or you don’t like it and reverted to what you know, still dreaming of a bigger business,

• the reason these things aren’t working now is because you’re in a different place in your Soul Design.

 .

You’re not meant to be trying out strategies, pushing, or putting pressure on yourself. These incorrect energetics can sabotage your scaling, making it a million times harder than it has to be!

If you’re following someone else’s strategy and it feels weird, like walking in shoes that are too tight, it’s because you’ve moved along your timeline and inner design into a different phase. Different parts of your business have different phases.

As you scale, utilizing your natural way of doing things—your organic, natural inflow of energy—shifts how you scale.

For some, their Soul Design demands more time for themselves to expand their capacity for the frequencies needed to scale, becoming super known, even famous. This might involve creating larger, lower-end programs for hundreds of thousands of followers and clients.

For others, it might mean teaching something innovative, enlightening people, and bringing wisdom to the world. This could take the form of highly customized higher-end programs with fewer clients, while sharing your knowledge going live on Facebook, Instagram, podcasts, or TV stations, which might be easier for you. You’d have a premium, highly customized program in addition to these free offerings.

There are many ways, but not all work for everyone. Understanding what works for your energetics will result in ease, flow, and more wealth – or lack thereof.

Your plateau in scaling is actually your plateau in understanding which parts of you are ‘not you’—conditioned responses, preprogrammed reactions you’ve outgrown but still implement thinking they’re you.

For example, you might think you need to prove your new program in a specific way. But when you shed the pattern of proving, you find the power of already having the qualifications, wisdom, and capacity to launch it now. Then, delivering it becomes easy because it’s not based on proving.

This is literally what I do with my clients. It’s one- or two-degree shifts—tiny adjustments, not changing your whole business. Your business is already awesome. Now it’s about micro adjustments where you realize, “Oh, I hadn’t seen that,” or “I always felt that but wouldn’t let myself fully relax into it.” These tiny adjustments create a smooth flow for your energy, taking your game to a much higher level.

You’re telling the universe, “I’m doing the work. I’m past the place of not knowing who I was, conditioned by the environment and imprinted into thinking I’m something I’m not. I’ve become more authentic, running my business based on my true power, expertise, and gifts. Great, I’ve built that. Now I’m scaling.”

This third phase, the scaling phase of your business, relates directly to your mission, to the vision of what you want to create on earth. It’s not mechanical, like the generalized ideas of impacting a certain number of people or changing global health. These are just bad messaging 😉

At a higher place in your personal development, it’s about personal transformation, understanding yourself, being masterful, self-responsible, and of high integrity. Shedding parts of you that aren’t you, stepping into a higher level of authenticity based on self-acceptance and self-love, aligned with what you’re meant to bring—a unique frequency.

That’s what I help my clients figure out how to apply. Hitting that note within your being, magic happens. Maybe you hit that note when selling, presenting, or coaching. Certain places in your already successful business where you’re fully living your Soul Design. But it only happens sometimes.

The key to stress-free scaling is having that happen consistently, making that frequency YOU. The more you’re in that energy, the more you can utilize the dynamics of the universe.
